Name of the position AM/Manager - Project
Reporting to whom Head Projects
Base Location Chakan, Pune
Job Responsibilities in details 1. Timing plan finalization in line with customer requirement(Milestones)
2. Interface with customers for Project management
3. Co-ordination within organization (Design/Purchase/P.E.,/Quality/Production) to meet project timing
4. Communication of customer requirements to internal organisation & ensure timely completion of customer requirements
5. Circulating concern matrix (LOP-list of open projects) w.r.t. each Project and ensure timely closure of the same
6. Plan and conduct APQP Meetings with CFT team
7. Project/Time line tracking in M S project
8. Escalation of problems if necessary & monitor till it get solve.
9. On time closure of any issue raised by internal & external customer
10. Generate weekly/Monthly project status report and Critical points.
11. Budget review with respect to cost target & actual
12. Tracking the process measures as per APQP
13. Monitoring the Tooling development.
14. Monitoring the raw material development and availability.
15. Knowledge of project documentation as per TS16949
16. Monitoring the manufacturing readiness.
17. Timely fulfilling the customer milestones/builds/sample submission
18. Witness the customer build & timely actions and closure on issues raised by customer
19. Smooth handover of the projects to Operation team
20. Executive Summary of the every project after handover
