1.Proficiant knowledge about the injection moulding process and good command on process control.
2 Trouble Shooting and problem solving approach Injection Moulding.
3.Knowledge about auxiliary like CFS system, dehumidification.
4.Knowledge about Robot programming and EOAT Making.
5.Good approach Productivity improvement target achievement.
6. Knowledge of reduce Process variability in injection moulding .
7.Good Command on Technical and Administrative control.
8.Knowledge about processing in Engineering polymer like PC,PMMA,PBT,PA 6,PA66.PC+ABS.
9.Good Analytical skill
10. Proven success at building and maintaining excellent employee and employer relation
