Process Flow Diagram (PFD) Development: Create and maintain detailed PFDs that map every step of the lighting assembly process, including material handling, molding, soldering, assembly, coating, and testing.
PFMEA Facilitation: Lead cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, maintenance) to identify potential failure modes, causes, and effects for each process step.
Risk Analysis & Mitigation: Evaluate risk using the 7-step approach (AIAG-VDA), focusing on Severity, Occurrence, and Detection rankings to calculate Action Priority (AP).Control Plan Alignment: Ensure the PFMEA directly triggers the creation of the Process Control Plan (PCP) and operator work instructions.

Software Proficiency: Expert skills in FMEA software (e.g., APIS IQ-FMEA, IntellaQuest, or specialized Excel templates).Problem-Solving: Proficiency in tools like 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and SPC (Statistical Process Control) to address high RPN (Risk Priority Number) items.
