Shift Incharge – Coating Production

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Incharge for Coating Production to manage production activities during assigned shifts. The candidate should have knowledge of coating processes and the ability to handle shift operations efficiently in a 3-shift rotational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and monitor coating production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily production targets.
Maintain proper machine operation and process control.
Monitor quality standards and coordinate with the quality team.
Maintain production records and shift reports.
Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for issue resolution.
Train and guide operators and shop-floor workers when required.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline in the production area.
Required Skills
Knowledge of H/AFC coating processes.
Understanding of production and manufacturing operations.
Leadership and team-handling skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Working Conditions
3-shift rotational work.
Manufacturing/production plant environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in coating production within the manufacturing industry.
