Job Title Electronics Hardware Engineer

Department -R&D (MMLI/EEG)

Reports To Team Leader/Manager

Location -Pune

Responsibilities: 1. Understand the Customer’s work requirement and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates). 2.

Design and analyse electronics circuits for Automotive Lamp.

3. Perfect Electronic design of Linear / Resistive / DC-DC converter-based LED Driver for HL/Tail Lamps.
4. Topologies Selection of DC-DC Converter and Logic Integration as per Vehicle requirement. (According to Customer) 5. Automotive grade Component selection and analysis to fulfil hardware requirements. 6. Interface with ECAD for PCB layout with compliance to EMC & manufacturing design rules. 7. Participating in Design Reviews with Cross Functional PD & Manufacturing Team. 8. Control and release component BOM as per required Format. 9. Work with Product Assurance group to develop test specifications and assist in troubleshooting according to Customer Spec. 10. Interface with suppliers for development of component specifications, resolving open issues and ensure part availability for design milestones. 11. Design change tracking and develop interface specifications. 12. Field failure worst case analysis / and handle if field failure occurs during SOP.
Expected Outcomes: 1. Products meet specification requirements and are delivered on-schedule. 2. Manufacturing problems are dealt with in a timely manner. 3. Calibration procedures are optimised through new insights and effective communication. 4. Documentation is accurate and consistent.

1. An electronics qualification, or relevant experience. 2. A good understanding of structured projects and engineering methodologies. 3. Ability to work well in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving. 4. Excellent organizational skills, such as time management and prioritizing. 5. Excellent team and interpersonal skills. 6. Excellent attention to detail.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. 9. Experience using E - CAD design software (OrCAD/Allegro 16.6 onward) understanding of Schematic NET and its transformation to Layout. 10. Knowledge of relevant Document/Instructions required for Layout Engineer to understand routing and placement of the components for good Layout. 11. Schematic Designer for Layout (Capture CIS preferred), 12. Capable to operate Basic Electronic Instrument required for functional testing and trouble shoot of electronic products by help of such instrument Example, Multi Meter, Data Logger, Multi-channel Digital Oscilloscope, Function Generator etc. 13. Knowledge of CAN/LIN communication! 14. Simulation Tool like LT Spice PSpice etc. 15. Documentation Software, Word Microsoft excel. Good knowledge of PPT presentation/Making System Architecture As per customer requirements. 16. Good Communication Skill.
